Ship's Company Party - 17 December 1945

The following invitation to the Maddox Ship's Company Party was sent to me by John Willis, whose grandfather, Reese Willis served aboard DD-731 between 1944 - 1945. He was aboard during the kamikazi attack on 21 January 1945.

John reports that Reese is alive and well and living with Cartha, his wife of over 50 years, in Maryville, TN. Anyone remembering Reese can send him a message through his grandson John Willis.

And they had a sense of humor!
